Since 2002 Yoga is a form of healing meditation and body therapy in one for me.
Meditation in motion.
It is perceiving everything, letting it stand unfiltered as it is.
BREATHE, FEEL, LET GO.
Being breath instead of doing or having.
Being possible, even beyond what I know or can imagine from myself or someone else.
Self-knowledge and self-acceptance.
Feeling in the center. Authentic. Mindfully perceiving.
Here and now.
Daily “on the mat” vicariously.
Yet as an anchor “off the mat” for a changing and moving life.
Many teachers worldwide, with their love and experience, have nourished, cared for, and awakened me.
I would like to pass this on as well, accessible to everyone, wherever you are in your life. Nothing has to be, but everything can be.
If the world seems to be upside down or if you put your feet behind your ears, is that so surprising? As long as you are breathing, not really, right?
Open Mind. Open Heart. Open Body.
