For me, Yoga is the connection to life, nature, and people. It is an elegant path that leads us through crises towards acceptance, joy, presence, and ease. I started my professional Yoga path in 2011 with a certification in Vinyasa Yoga, and I have been studying the effects of Yoga on the body and the psyche ever since. I love teaching free-spirited Yoga that combines Hatha, Kundalini, and Vinyasa Yoga elements. With a lot of heart and passion, I teach Yoga Nidra, the tool to joy and freedom. An important concern of mine is to support students in transforming fears, anxiety & stress and thereby lead a courageous, powerful, joyful life and live their own potential.
