My Yoga lessons are based on Forrest Yoga. In my classes, I would like the participants to feel their body more intensely, build strength, and experience joy and effortlessness – both on the mat and afterward in their daily routines. My personal and professional passion is individual freedom. Yoga is – at least as I teach it – part of a training practice to set the body free and thereby also liberate our lives from confinement. Opening and strengthening different body areas releases pent-up energy, restores self-confidence and stability, and allows for positive change in life.
