Dance is always an encounter, mostly with ourselves. As a body & stage coach, Jana prepares numerous celebrities and artists for their tours, TV appearances, and video productions. The skillful staging of dance and communication through movement are the aspects of Jana’s work. With flowing dance movements from ballet, jazz, and contemporary dance, you will experience your own musicality while dancing at DANCE MIX with Jana. Through isolation exercises, we shape, stabilize, and stretch muscles and fascia. Accompanied by individually selected music, the demands on the body become a joy of movement. Dancing teaches you the ability to be present in the moment.
