I studied artistic and theater in London and came to Yoga with the experiences as an aerial artist and theater performer. Yoga has literally grounded me and created a sanctuary where body, mind, and spirit have found their home for over 20 years.
I completed my Yoga training in England: Hatha,Yin, Meditation/Mindfulness, and Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation).
I gained valuable experience working with people who dealt with high-stress levels and burnout issues in London’s financial district. After returning to Germany in 2011, I started teaching Yoga in Berlin as a freelancer: I am a certified coach and trainer for yoga instructors, accredited by the German health insurance companies, and a member of the BDY. My style ( according to my students..) is fun, relaxed, and precise.
I am very excited to teach Hatha Flow and Yin/Yoga Nidra at LAGOA. Especially Yoga Nidra is a wonderful way to change old patterns, relax deeply, rejuvenate after burnout and insomnia, or simply because it feels good!
