My love for Yoga began over 15 years ago – in an adult education class with a very mindful teacher. Several moves and a job that required frequent travel brought me to other studios and teachers. The experiences were not always positive. But I always knew: as much as my life in the fast lane and a corresponding job consumed me, stepping onto the Yoga mat was always a step back to myself. Yoga was always good for me. To deepen these experiences and my knowledge of Yoga, I completed my Yoga teacher training in 2012. I quickly realized that everyone could find something in Yoga – peace, health, strength – and much more. I would like to offer my students the necessary framework for having their own personal experience with Yoga in my classes.
